I have been recently reliving my youth and have bought an old ZX Spectrum, one of my first computers! The main reason I picked this up was to test my latest game! Yes that's right it's for the ZX Spectrum! Why? Well, why not? It's actually a port of Lost Little Spaceman and should be ready for release soon.

Before I could test the game on the real spectrum, I was strugging with the RF out, as it needed an analogue tuner. So I fixed it with a simple mod that isolates the RF Module and wires the composite video signal directly to the socket. Just rolled out an update on iOS. This is a minor update, but does include some new language packs.

This version includes the following on iOS

★ NEW Polish, Spain, Russian language
☆ Minor bug fixes and improvements

I just removed Trex Runner from the Google Play store and sadly don’t plan to reinstate it.

This is because of a number of policy violations, incorrectly raised against the app. The reason is that the store listing mentions the open source Chromium project, and there is a policy that states you cannot use brand names, However I need to mention this to declare it uses the open source code from this project.

Happy new year everyone. I hope everyone has had a great break.

2018 was a very quiet year for posts. I had hoped to release a couple of games, but well, it never happened. Mostly due to focusing most of my efforts on my new online shop newfangledthings.com. The shop will still keep me busy, but I really miss making games, so I am determined to get a game or two made this year, and probably some other fun projects.
